IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Disk Space - We currently have a vast amount of disk space on the main file server. This is where all students files are kept, it is therefore very important that you start to keep old files that you do not need anymore because if you ask us your not going to get it back. In particular you need to keep picture files as these have a great signifcance, as the saying goes a picture means a thousand words.

In the event that disk space isn't used up, then the IT staff will have to break your head in to two and Barry and James will give you a black eye each out of generosity.

How do I keep old documents?

Click on the start menu and click on the shutdown icon, you will be confronted with a another sign at this just click ok. However if Beasley isn't looking then just press the shutdown switch on the computer and it will automaticly save your work.
